1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the DEUPRINTs website, operated by Provdia (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions of Service (“T&Cs”) govern your access to and use of the DEUPRINTs website and all products and services offered through it, including the purchase of printable digital ebooks and our collection of physical books.

By accessing, browsing, or using our website, or by purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs, you must not use our website or purchase any products.

 

2. Digital Ebook Purchase and Licensing Agreement

 

2.1 The Digital Product

DEUPRINTs initially sells printable digital ebooks targeted at pre-school, Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3 students. These products are digital files only; no physical items are shipped in relation to these ebook purchases.

 

2.2 Limited License Grant (Crucial for Printables)

Upon purchasing a digital ebook, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, access, and print the digital file for personal, non-commercial use only.

This license is subject to the following strict conditions:

 

• • You may print the materials as many times as needed for your own children, household, or students within a single classroom (if you are the primary educator).

• • You may NOT share, distribute, resell, or transfer the digital file (e.g., via email, cloud service, or print-sharing groups).

• • You may NOT use the content for any commercial purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to resale, commercial publication, or use in a paid service.

• • You may NOT modify, alter, or create derivative works from the digital file.

2.3 Delivery

Digital ebooks are delivered via an instant download link provided immediately after payment, and/or a link sent to the email address provided during checkout.

 

3. Physical Book Sales (Future Collection)

Note: This section will become active once DEUPRINTs begins selling the library collection.

 

3.1 Product Condition

The physical books sold by Provdia are part of a library collection bought from the year 2000 to the present. All physical books are sold in “Used” condition. We will endeavor to provide accurate descriptions of each book’s condition (e.g., presence of markings, wear, or imperfections), and customers should expect signs of wear consistent with pre-owned books.

 

3.2 Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

 

• • All prices listed on the website are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

• • Prices are subject to change without notice.

• • Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/sales tax), which will be clearly itemized at checkout.

• • Payment is processed through our third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

 

5. Refund and Return Policy

 

5.1 Digital Ebooks (Printables)

All sales of digital ebooks are final. Because digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits unless the file is proven to be corrupted or unusable due to an error on our part.

 

5.2 Physical Books

Returns for physical books are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date if the item is significantly not as described or damaged during shipping.

 

• • The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was received.

• • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the DEUPRINTs website, including the design, text, graphics, logos, and the purchased digital ebooks, is the property of Provdia or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Your purchase of any product, whether digital or physical, does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Provdia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

 

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from these T&Cs or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines.
